This is another revival of this blog and this time it is about Real Estate Education and Investing. I have been following Trace Trajano's blogs and newsletters for quite simetime now. I learned about him through browsing books on business and real estates. I believe it is just a normal progression from reading Robert Kiyosaki's books and other books that suggests Real Estates as one of the best means to accumulate wealth and have passive income.

So finally last March 27, I get to meet the man who I consider my virtual mentor except this time I see him right in front of me. What I intend to do with this blog now is to document here all my learnings as well as insights from the Think Rich Quick Seminar and the ongoing Apprentice Challenge.
